From Wire Lifting to Spraying
Our vineyard workers are hand selected by our recruitment team, and then professionally trained to perform a range of viticultural activities and tasks. We have a comprehensive induction process, and continue to train and upskill workers on the job.
The people we recruit include locals and international workers, who are well suited to viticultural work. Many have been with us for years, while others are hardworking individuals looking to secure regional work while learning about the viticultural process.
Of course, all of our international workers hold requisite visas and employment clearances. This information is verified by our recruitment team through the Australian Visa Entitlement Verification Online system (VEVO).2
Safety Matters
The safety of our workers, and yours, is so important to us. This is why every member of our team undergoes comprehensive safety training, and continues to update and refresh their skills as time goes on.
Our commitment to upholding strict safety standards extends to members of the public, as well as any individual in proximity to where we are working. We maintain a comprehensive OH&S policy especially geared for viticultural work.
The individuals we employ are also aware of best practice, including issues relating to quarantine and contamination. We use personal protective equipment when required, and have the right tools and equipment to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Although it is possible to hire out our workers without a Vinepower supervisor, we do highly recommend you hire a supervisor with your team. This ensures we are able to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Our supervisors are also able to assess and upskill our workers on the job, which improves the quality and efficiency of the work performed at your vineyard.
